Alex Freitag, an Associate in Rolfes Henry’s Cincinnati office, primarily practices in the area of defense-side litigation including personal injury, negligent construction, and property damage. In addition to representing tortfeasors, he also represents insurance companies for uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and performs coverage reviews for coverage opinions.
Alex has extensive experience in evaluating and litigating insurance coverage issues involving personal injury, property damage, UM/UIM and other claims. He handles all aspects of cases from inception through discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and supporting partners in trial.
Prior to joining Rolfes Henry, Alex worked in a small firm practicing plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, Social Security Disability, and Workers’ Compensation for nearly a half decade. He has represented claimants and defendants and has represented clients across Ohio in state and federal courts.
