Barri A. Reisch



Barri joined Rolfes Henry in 2017. Barri has successfully litigated and resolved claims at every level of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through jury trials. Barri’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on catastrophic injury, product liability, professional malpractice liability, premises liability, and property liability.  Barri has significant experience in handling wind damage and water damage cases, having litigated numerous hurricane claims during her time with the Firm. Barri also has years of experience representing numerous property owners and property management companies defending them in slip and falls, trip and falls and negligent security cases. Additionally, Barri’s  past experience as a Plaintiff’s attorney gives her the unique perspective to better represent her clients on the defense side.  She also has experience in the areas of homeowner/condominium association law, construction litigation, and civil rights claims.
