Bio

Craig has more than a decade of experience at every level of civil litigation, including trial and appeal, in counties throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  He has also handled matters before the Supreme Court of Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  He has significant experience in auto accident claims including property and casualty defense, coverage, no fault, subrogation, and bad faith.  He has also obtained favorable results for his clients in many building and construction defense matters.

Craig joined Rolfes Henry in 2014 after several years practicing general civil litigation including representation of Plaintiffs.  His prior representation of Plaintiffs gives him well-rounded perspective and a unique ability to evaluate claims.  Craig has also served as attorney for multiple local school districts and has successfully handled scores of statutory employee rights matters for teachers and police officers.
