James Birch combines legal expertise and real-world experience in his role with the firm’s Cincinnati office. For over a decade he has represented and advised schools, profit and non-profit organizations, and insurance companies in Florida and Ohio. With a focus on education law and insurance defense litigation, James’ practice also includes property and casualty claims investigation.
James experience in the business and education realms is evidenced through his serving as a high school principal and a collegiate professor of business law for over ten years. His substantial work in the field includes the creation of online business and legal courses, collegiate textbooks, whitepapers, and other legal and academic materials.
In addition to his legal work, James is the varsity coach of a high school baseball team and is currently serving on the board of the Faith & Honor Endowment, a non-profit that assists in funding the education of K-12 grade students.
James and his wife are the parents of six wonderful children.
