Nicole R. Coniglio

Associate

Bio

Nicole R. Coniglio serves the Firm’s clients as an Associate in our Ft. Lauderdale office, bringing substantial depth to our Florida team through her litigation and experience in a myriad of different areas. Nicole focuses her practice on insurance matters, including in the areas of first-party coverage disputes; third-party liability matters; and malpractice disputes.  Prior to joining Rolfes Henry, Nicole advocated on behalf of foster care children and persons with disabilities in personal injury litigation and federal civil rights claims throughout the State of Florida.  Nicole’s prior experience in advocating for plaintiffs gives her a strong competitive advantage in understanding the mindset and positions of her opponents.

In 2013, Nicole was honored by the Daily Business Review with the Most Effective Lawyers Award for securing private-duty nursing care for a minor child in a particular case. As a result of that case and other public criticism of the Agency for Health Care Administration’s policies, the Agency changed its rules, enabling hundreds of other Florida children to receive benefits to which they were entitled.

Nicole graduated summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, where she was a member of the Nova Law Review and held the position of Executive Justice for Academics within the Moot Court Society.
