Bio

Chris Mulvaney, a Partner in our Cincinnati office, joined Rolfes Henry in 2019, bringing a vast amount of legal experience.  Chris owned his own law firm for several years, assisting individuals and businesses with legal needs ranging from employment matters and estate planning to contract drafting and negotiation and, when necessary, litigation.  Chris has tried more than 50 jury cases to verdict and has arbitrated and mediated countless matters.  His practice includes products liability, insurance defense, general civil litigation, construction law, and appellate advocacy.  Chris also has an extensive background in worker’s compensation claims and insurance coverage matters.

Prior to owning his own firm, Chris was a Partner in a regional law firm, having a practice concentrated in products liability, civil litigation, including catastrophic injury claims, business litigation, and construction matters.  He has experience handling all aspects of state and federal litigation, and has defended manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in state and federal products liability litigation, including pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
