Elliott joined Rolfes Henry in July, 2020. Prior to joining Rolfes Henry, Elliott was in-house counsel to a leading mass excavation construction and logistics company in Washington, IN where he handled contract drafting and review and many other business related legal services.
Elliott has also represented government agencies in civil lawsuits while working with the City of Indianapolis and the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. These legal matters arose from zoning and licensing violations as well as real estate matters including eminent domain. Elliott has extensive litigation, trial, and administrative law experience and has served as lead counsel for numerous bench trials and administrative hearings.
Elliott graduated from Indiana University in 2011 where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Minors in Japanese and Business. He then graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of law in 2014.
Elliott is originally from Jasper, IN and currently resides in Indianapolis with his wife. In his spare time, Elliott enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking.
