Rebecca Johnson joined Rolfes Henry in 2016 and is an associate in our Columbus office. Rebecca’s practice centers around complex construction matters, commercial litigation, property and casualty litigation, veterinary malpractice defense, insurance claims investigation, and defense of workers’ compensation matters.
Before becoming an attorney, Rebecca gained a decade of experience in business management, practices, and corporate growth, development, and formation strategies.
Prior to joining Rolfes Henry, Rebecca represented corporate clients in administrative and litigated matters across Ohio and has handled matters in numerous appellate districts, and the Ohio Supreme Court. Rebecca has extensive experience representing parties in collection matters, creditors’ rights, contract disputes, property disputes, compliance with banking and lending laws in the aftermath of the 2009 housing market crash, and, one of her personal favorites, due to a lifetime of involvement with horses, equine law litigation, and she is actively involved in expanding the Firm’s equine law practice.
