RIED J. ARNOLD

Ried joined Rolfes Henry in 2023 and is Counsel with the Orlando office. Ried has been practicing law since 2007 and has numerous years of experience in Construction Defect Defense representing every trade from General Contractors to Stucco Sub-Contractors. He has also been representing insurance carriers in first-party property matters both as panel counsel and house counsel.

Ried is familiar with both defense of cases and representing clients in third-party and fourth-party actions against sub-contractors for indemnity (contractual and common-law) and has recovered fees and costs to reimburse his clients for their involvement in the actions.
