RH PRACTICE AREAS
Aaron Alfano has litigated and managed both first-party and third-party insurance matters throughout the State of Florida for more than twenty years. Aaron’s practice over two decades has covered a wide spectrum, and has included construction defect cases, professional liability, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, automobile liability and commercial litigation. With respect to first-party matters, Aaron has handled hundreds of sinkhole, wind, hurricane, water, and fire losses, as well as the insurance “bad faith” claims arising out of those losses. Aaron also has extensive experience in appellate practice, having successfully argued numerous cases before Florida’s District Courts of Appeal.
Prior to joining Rolfes Henry, Aaron managed the Litigation Department of one of Florida’s largest homeowners’ insurance companies, where he supervised a team of litigation/liability claim examiners, directed case strategies, oversaw the company’s Special Investigative Unit and Subrogation Team, managed all panel counsel handling the company’s litigated claims, and advised the company and claims management on a wide variety of legal issues.
