As a Partner at Rolfes Henry, James Birch combines legal expertise with real-world experience. He has served as a Director on the Boards of various companies, and as legal counsel for numerous businesses, ranging from car dealerships to staffing agencies. He assists clients in finding cost-effective legal solutions tailored to their needs, and has represented individuals and businesses in litigating contract disputes, settling employment conflicts, and collecting overdue debts. James also provides legal advice to corporate clients regarding statutory and administrative compliance, the drafting of business documents, and navigating Human Resources issues.

James combines that specialization with his experience to provide a competitive advantage for small businesses and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation defense matters. His insurance practice also includes commercial property and casualty defense. And, as a former school principal, James also has a keen insight into how best to represent schools and non-profit organizations, which he has done throughout Ohio.

James earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies in 1999, and his Juris Doctor in 2002, both from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the Ohio Bar and lives in Cincinnati with his wife and six children.
