Jim Nolan is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991. He was awarded a Dean’s scholarship and received American Jurisprudence awards for earning the highest grades in Contracts and Constitutional Law. He served as Articles Editor for the University of Dayton Law Review. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1976, Jim worked in the insurance industry.
Jim holds a CPCU designation (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter). He is a member of the Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida Bar Associations. The focus of his practice is insurance defense and coverage litigation. As head of the Firm’s coverage practice, Jim has been consulted on claims throughout the United States involving complex insurance coverage issues.
