MICHELLE T. BALDWIN

Michelle T. Baldwin is an experienced litigation attorney admitted to practice in Indiana and Ohio. Her practice is grounded in a broad background in civil litigation, including personal lines insurance defense and commercial disputes. She has served as first-chair counsel and successfully defended a client through jury trial, giving her a practical understanding of how cases develop from the initial investigation through final resolution.

Michelle brings a particularly distinctive perspective to her legal practice through her extensive experience advising businesses and organizational leaders on complex workplace and employment matters. In addition to her litigation background, she has spent more than 19 years in senior human resources and employee relations roles, where she handled complex investigations, employment-law compliance, labor relations, workplace disputes, and risk management.

Michelle is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She attended Ohio State University where she completed her undergraduate degree in History. Michelle then went on to study law at University of Akron School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys cooking, baking, traveling and is a movie enthusiast. Her husband is a criminal defense attorney. Her son is a Marion County, Indiana Public Defender, and daughter works for a political think tank in Washington, DC.
