Robert is a Florida native from Haines City. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Communications with a minor in Sociology. Robert was a scholarship student-athlete at Florida Atlantic University (men’s basketball). After college, he played professional basketball in Uruguay, however, his career was cut short due to injury. After basketball and before beginning his legal career, he spent 8 years as an educator with Orange County Public Schools before graduating from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2016.

Prior to joining Rolfes Henry, Robert began his legal career in Criminal Defense as an Assistant Public Defender at the Orange County Public Defender’s Office in Orlando. As an Assistant Public Defender, Robert gained valuable experience inside the courtroom with trials, handling numerous pretrial motions and hearings. Outside the courtroom, he gained experience conducting numerous depositions, pretrial negotiations with prosecutors and government administrative agencies, and many conferences with clients. Robert is very excited to make the move over to civil litigation to bring the same level of commitment to the Rolfes Henry team.
