Tom joined Rolfes Henry Co., L.P.A. after 16 years practicing in Columbus. Tom now manages the Firm’s Subrogation Department. He previously concentrated his practice in property insurance law, with an emphasis on first-party claims, arson and insurance fraud, conducting EUOs and providing coverage counsel state-wide in Ohio. He is also experienced in property and casualty defense.
He has been a member of a number of professional organizations, including the Columbus and Ohio Bar Associations, Columbus Claims Association, and the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators and has served on the Ohio chapter’s board and as that organization’s president.
Tom is a frequent speaker who has presented at continuing legal education seminars, as well as numerous seminars presented by groups such as NSPII, the National Society of Subrogation Professionals, and the Ohio Auto Theft Investigators Association. Tom has earned the prestigious Martindale Hubbell “A-V” rating from his peers, who rank his legal ability as “preeminent” and his general ethical reputation as “very high.”
