DANIELE S. LENTINI

Daniele S. Lentini is an associate attorney with Rolfes Henry Co., LPA, whose practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense, construction defect, premises liability, personal injury, and first-party property matters. He represents insurers, businesses, contractors, and other professionals throughout Florida in matters ranging from pre-suit disputes through active litigation.

Mr. Lentini is experienced in handling all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. His practice includes defending construction and property disputes, evaluating insurance coverage and damages issues, coordinating with retained experts, and developing litigation strategies tailored to the particular facts and exposures presented by each case.

Prior to joining Rolfes Henry, Mr. Lentini represented clients in a variety of civil matters, including first-party property litigation, where he represented homeowners in disputes involving property insurance claims. His prior experience also included family law and immigration matters. This diverse background provides him with perspective from both sides of insurance disputes and experience representing individuals and businesses facing a wide range of legal issues.

Mr. Lentini earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida International University. While attending law school, he served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of the Public Defender for Florida’s Eighteenth Judicial Circuit and interned with the Pro Se Bankruptcy Clinic at the United States Courthouse in Orlando.
