With Rolfes Henry
Rolfes Henry is always searching for persons who possess the right motivation, knowledge and skills to join our insurance services law practice. We are an equal-opportunity employer and are proud of the many employee benefit programs we offer. These include health insurance benefits, 401k Plan opportunities, a generous paid-leave policy which we encourage our employees to utilize fully, and even a savings bond program for our employees’ children and grandchildren to reward for good grades and invest for college.
Career opportunities exist in each of our law firm offices for experienced lawyers, newly admitted lawyers and even top law students approaching graduation. We are looking for those attorneys or law students who exemplify the highest levels of intellectual achievement, analytical skills and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities. If you meet these qualifications we encourage you to submit an on-line application for employment together with references and if possible a listing of cases you have handled or other examples of your work product. We will then review your submission and advise you if any positions may then be available for consideration.
Each of the attorneys with our firm relies on an experienced and highly-qualified legal assistant. If you are seeking career opportunity in law involving skills such as management of case files, dictation transcription, coordinating schedules with other law firms and doing so in an environment where these skills are valued and respected as a vital part of a high-quality legal team, then we welcome your application for employment.
At our firm we do believe in the “farm team” approach to building our attorney staff. Many of our current associates and several of our Partners began their Rolfes Henry legal careers as law clerks. We offer clerkships for summer programs and in our Cincinnati, Columbus and Kentucky offices on a year-round basis as well. Applicants should be in top one-third of your class academically and possess the highest quality of credentials. Please submit your resume, transcript and writing sample(s) for further consideration.
