Jim joined Rolfes Henry in 2021 and serves as an Associate Attorney. Jim has an extensive background in the insurance industry having handled auto, property, and casualty litigated claims for 6 years. Through Jim’s insurance background, Jim approaches and resolves pre-suit or litigated claims in an effective, timely, and orderly manner.
Jim has investigated hundreds of 1st party casualty claims developing successfully tailored case management plans considering ever changing dynamics requiring reassessment and adjustment. Jim provides key assessments regarding liability, value of injuries, potential full jury verdict value, and the likelihood for a defense verdict. Jim has handled arbitrated claims through the insurance industry’s Arbitration Forums. Jim has experience in pursuing subrogation through litigation or through working directly with the other carriers. Jim is a member of the Property & Liability Resource Bureau.
