WILLIAM SCOTT LAVELLE

Scott is an experienced civil litigator and appellate attorney who has represented individual and corporate clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, in state and federal court. He has represented many insurance companies and their insureds on insurance coverage, first and third-party personal and commercial insurance issues, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, construction, transportation, employment and many other types of cases. He has also represented numerous licensed professionals and others, including doctors, nurses, psychologists, veterinarians, social workers and adult care facilities on administrative appeals involving their state licensing boards. He has handled over 60 appeals in Ohio’s courts of appeals and before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Scott, his wife Pat, their five children and three grandchildren all live on Columbus, where they are regular patrons at their favorite music venues.
