Erica A. Arend



Erica Arend earned her Bachelor of Business Administration at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida followed by her law degree from the University of Florida in 1994.  She and her husband met in law school then returned to Southwest Florida to raise their family.  Erica spent two years with the Public Defender’s Office in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit followed by thirteen years as a prosecutor in Florida’s 12th Judicial Circuit.  In 2010, Erica left the State Attorney’s Office to litigate first-party and third-party insurance matters throughout the State of Florida.  Erica has handled hundreds of sinkhole, wind, hurricane, water, and fire losses.
