CHRISTOPHER A. STRATTON

Chris joined Rolfes Henry in 2022 and serves Of Counsel with our Hartford office. Chris has practiced for two decades, including four legislative sessions as a member of Connecticut then-Speaker of the House Brendan Sharkey’s legal team, notably contributing to the General Assembly’s response to issues raised by the tragedy at Sandy Hook in 2012. Chris has significant experience in insurance defense both in property and casualty and in motor vehicle claims in previous work with Rolfes Henry from 2018 to 2019, and has also litigated employment discrimination, housing and probate matters. Chris excels in real estate transactional work, having conducted hundreds of closings across Connecticut. Chris also assists clients with estate planning and related probate issues. A veteran of three presidential campaigns and numerous state and local elections, Chris has extensive contacts in government throughout the state.
