Isaiah K. Floyd’s interest in law was sparked by watching television shows with his father, such as Perry MasonMatlock, and Law & Order. Mr. Floyd graduated from Florida State University, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Real Estate.

He later earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M University College of Law. Directly after law school, Mr. Floyd worked as a civil litigation attorney, representing individuals injured or wronged in the areas of auto negligence, premises liability, and insurance coverage disputes throughout Florida.

Mr. Floyd joined Rolfes Henry in 2017, where he currently represents corporations, professionals, and injured parties. He utilizes his background in finance and real estate to assist clients with resolving business interruption claims and other disputes. Mr. Floyd has litigated cases from pre-suit to trial in both state and federal courts in Florida and Georgia. Additionally, he serves on Rolfes Henry’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

From 2023 to 2024, Mr. Floyd served as the President of the Fred G. Minnis Bar Association, which supports communities of color in Pinellas, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties, Florida. Outside of his work, Mr. Floyd mentors young attorneys, practices jiu-jitsu, is an avid reader of John Grisham novels, and is a devoted Florida State football fanatic.
