NEIL P. BAINE

Neil Baine is a Partner in our Louisville Office.  Neil’s practice focuses on corporate, estate, and real estate law.  Neil has extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation matters including contract disputes, commercial litigation, corporate governance, products liability, property law, employment, and workers’ compensation. Prior to becoming an attorney, Neil spent ten years in mid to upper-level corporate management where he was responsible for creating, developing and running businesses; including managing human resource issues, negotiating contracts, and corporate governance.

This unique background allows Neil to provide real world advice, proactive legal guidance, long term legal planning, assist in problem solving, and helping clients avoid future litigation.  Neil has an established reputation in assisting individuals, small business owners, multi-state corporations, and municipalities manage their affairs and plan for the future.  Neil also devotes a significant amount of time to assisting non-profits including multiple homeowner and condominium associations.  Neil’s goal is to be your personal general counsel and assist in all matters including:

1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
2. Advising business and personal entities such as Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships and Trusts.
3. Drafting corporate documents such as Articles of Incorporation, Master Deeds and Bylaws.
