Rolfes Henry took the national stage! Zach McCune, a Partner in our Cincinnati office, was featured on ABC’s 20/20 in an episode regarding a mysterious house fire caught on camera, which ultimately linked an insured to a submerged vehicle in a pond and a cold-case murder.
The civil and criminal cases were built on Zach’s incredible leave-no-stone-unturned fraud investigation conducted for Allstate Insurance, with the insured ultimately being obligated to reimburse Allstate for insurance proceeds advanced. Law enforcement used the work done by Zach and the Firm as the foundation for an eventual criminal prosecution.
Zach’s contributions to the case gained significant recognition within the insurance industry, particularly due to the identification of sophisticated spoofing tactics and realistic identity-altering masks uncovered during the investigation.
