Eric Ricker joined Rolfes Henry’s Columbus office in the fall of 2024. He counsels insurers regarding their evaluation and investigation of complex and/or questionable insurance claims. He partners with adjusters and special investigators in their search for the facts they need to fully and fairly analyze coverage questions — while simultaneously ensuring compliance with the various laws and regulations governing the insurance industry.

Eric’s drive for advocacy and success in the legal field picked off right when he started law school, where he graduated near the top of his class in 2018 from the University of Toledo. During law school, Eric was a member of the Law Review as a Note and Comment Editor where he published an article “Feeding the Elephant”. Eric subsequently passed the 2018 Ohio bar exam and then passed the 2019 Mississippi bar exam.

Since being admitted to practice, Eric has been practicing civil litigation where he has had much success in settling cases, and conducting hearings, and trials. Eric represents every case, client, and matter with thoroughness and extreme diligence.
