VICTOR H. WAITE

Victor joined Rolfes Henry in 2020 and is an Associate in our Fort Lauderdale office. Prior to joining our Firm, Victor founded and managed his own law practice, serving clients in the areas of family law, personal injury, contract disputes, and copyright infringement.

Victor prides himself on being a skilled litigator and trial attorney, representing clients for more than a decade in hundreds of cases and in nearly two dozen jury trials.  Victor also has significant appellate experience, having handled several appeals and having argued before the Florida Supreme Court.

When he is not practicing law, Victor enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids. On weekends, you can usually find him at a basketball court, football field, or at a track meet serving as a youth coach.
