Harry joined Rolfes Henry in 2021 and serves as Counsel in the Cincinnati office. Harry’s litigation experience has spanned nearly twenty-five years and has included everything from hundreds of first-party casualty and property matters, premises cases, and personal injury claims throughout the contiguous United States.
Harry has extensive experience in high-stakes extra-contractual, class action and bad faith matters to include corporate discovery on behalf of Fortune 500 corporations by virtue of his experience as Assistant General Counsel at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company’s Office of General Counsel as well as similar roles for State Farm Insurance Company, AIG Insurance Company, State Auto Insurance Company and EMC Insurance Company. Harry is significantly versed in complex discovery and discovery related matters as well as the first and third party handling of personal lines and commercial casualty and property cases.
Harry’s most recent role as Senior Counsel with Walmart’s Corporate Tort Litigation Department has allowed Harry to offer sophisticated representation of premises liability, insufficient security, employer-employee negligence, serious injury and general tort matters throughout Walmart’s operations in the United States.
Harry lives in Cincinnati with his wife Meena and their two children.
